As a City Councilman for seven years Jeff oversaw countless projects including the eBay Building, The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, and the creation of the Canyons School District. Jeff has worked fought for the people of Draper by pushing back on the Geneva Rock expansion, preserving Utah's outdoors, working to lower taxes, and volunteering in the community . Jeff retired from City Council in 2017 with no plans to run for government again. However, after Representative Hughes left office to run for State Governor, Jeff stepped up to fill the seat for the state legislature.
